It’s 8 payments of $40 (USD), processed each week automatically during the 8 week program or paid all upfront. After you make 8 payments during your first round, you will have access to the program at no additional cost for subsequent rounds. Married couples are a buy one get one (BOGO) deal when you both enroll at the time of your initial purchase. This means it’s only 8 payments of $40 (USD) for the both of you. To take advantage of the BOGO deal for spouses, it must be redeemed when making your initial enrollment + payment on our website. Otherwise, your spouse will have to sign-up during an open enrollment period to join.

Yes. You can by purchasing them a gift card. Purchasing a gift card doesn’t automatically enroll them in the program. They still have to sign up for the program during an open enrollment period. They will use the gift card during the checkout process during their initial enrollment.

No refunds for gift card purchases.

You can pay your 8 payments weekly during the program or all upfront. Weekly payments are automatically made each week.

It depends on the payment frequency you choose. If you plan to pay weekly, you will need a PayPal account to set up the automatic weekly payments. If you choose to make a one-time upfront payment, you do not need a PayPal account. PayPal is our credit card processor. All credit/debit cards are processed by them. You can use any major credit/debit card when paying.

Unfortunately, no. The BOGO is just for spouses. They would have to sign up on their own, but it is worth it. Remember, once you make your initial 8 payments, you have access to subsequent rounds of the program at no additional cost.

Great! Only one of you needs to go through the sign up process on our website during open enrollment. The spouse signing up on our website will include the other spouse’s information during the checkout process. You must provide us with your spouse’s information on our website and both of you must request to join our private Facebook group at the time of completing the enrollment process on our website to take advantage of the BOGO. When requesting to join our private Facebook group and answering the Facebook group’s membership questions during the enrollment process, make sure you and your spouse answer with the same email address you will used when enrolling on our website so we can link your website order to your requests to join our private Facebook group.

Yes. The BOGO deal (available for spouses only) MUST BE REDEEMED AT THE TIME OF YOUR INITIAL ENROLLMENT + PAYMENT. Only one of you has to complete the enrollment process on our website. Both of you must request to join our private Facebook group, and both must provide the same email address when answering the Facebook group membership questions so we can link your website order and your requests to join our private Facebook group. If you do not provide your spouse’s information at the initial time of enrolling + paying, they will have to sign-up + pay during a future open enrollment period to participate.

We will post sign-up instructions on our E2M Personal Training Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/E2Mfitness) the day sign-ups open. Make sure you follow all the steps so we can process your sign-up in a timely manner. You won’t be accepted into our private Facebook group until you have finished enrolling + paying on our website. You can also sign-up  for email + text reminders on our homepage to be notified when sign-ups open.

You won’t be accepted into our private Facebook group until you have finished enrolling + paying for the program on our website during an open enrollment period. We start adding new members to the private Facebook group the Thursday before a round begins.

It can take 12-16 hours to process your registration and get you added to the private E2M Personal Training Motivation Group Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/groups/196228814444545/) where all program-related information is shared, but often it is sooner.

If after 16 hours, you haven’t been added to the group, first make sure you have requested to join the private Motivational group (link above). If you have and it says pending, cancel your request to join the group, re-request, and answer all the member questions. Sometimes your request doesn’t show up on our end so we can add you to the group. (**Also, make sure you have entered the email address you used when signing up on our website so we can match your website order with your Facebook group request. Sometimes there are multiple people with the same Facebook name so it is important you provide us with the email you used on our website.) 

Next check to see if your payment is still pending in your account on our website. (Login information is in one of the first emails you received from Eager to Motivate. Make sure you first set up your password using the link provided in that welcome email before trying to log into your account or use the forgot my password option.) If your payment is still pending, it means your payment hasn’t been processed by PayPal. Under Subscription on your account dashboard, select the  Pay button next to your order to help finish processing your payment. If that process doesn’t help your payment to process, you may want to cancel this order and try submitting a new order. 

After 24 hours, if you haven’t been added, you’ve requested to join the group, and your payment has been processed (you’ve received a receipt from PayPal), please message us through the public E2M Personal Training Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/E2Mfitness) messenger inbox using the blue send message button at the top of the page, not through email, so we can help.

About every 8-9 weeks.

Nope. Once you’ve completed and paid for your first round, you’re already part of the private Facebook group. You have access to the program for subsequent rounds at no additional cost or need to sign up again.

Unfortunately, once sign-ups are closed, you have to wait until the start of the next 8-week open enrollment period to sign up. Make sure you sign up for a reminder for when sign-ups go live on our home page.

Yes. Our private E2M Training Motivation Facebook group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/196228814444545/) is how we communicate everything for the program. We have clients that create an account just for access to the program. For spouses joining together, at least one of you must have a Facebook account.

As long as one of you has a Facebook page, the other can follow along with you on yours.

We cannot work with anyone under 17 years. If they are 17 or above, they need to sign-up for the program during an open enrollment period. They cannot use the BOGO deal. That is only for spouses.

Nope. We are a virtual group program.

You’ll need a set of dumbbells (3-20 lbs depending on your fitness level), and we recommend a sauna suit and a waist trimmer belt. Feel free to check out our product recommendations.

They change weekly and challenge beginners to those who already work out regularly. Workouts are 35-60 minutes in length. They can be done at home or in a gym. We record the workouts live in our Facebook group, and then they are accessible at any point after that at your convenience. The workouts can be done with a set of dumbbells.

For best results from the program, you are encouraged to work out 6 days a week. We provide live workouts 7 days a week.

That depends on the effort you are willing to put into the program and what your goals are. If you are willing to give 100% and follow the program as it is designed, you will see good results at the end of the 8 weeks.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer samples of the plan. The meal plan changes weekly and consists of all whole food options for you to choose from to create your meals. You can get all items at your local grocery store. We are a supplement-free program. We encourage prepping and keeping things simple. We can accommodate most dietary restrictions + needs. 

Yes. We have numerous clients with family members not doing the program, and they find it very easy to make slight adjustments for the rest of the family and only cook one meal for everyone.

We do have plan options for those that are Vegan + Vegetarian.

Yes! We have a postpartum group to address the specific needs of nursing mommas.

Yes. We have numerous clients that have diabetes and find success with the program. We encourage our clients with type 1 or 2 diabetes to always prioritize their blood sugar levels. Once you’re in the program, you can reach out for more specific guidance.

We can accommodate most dietary restrictions. We provide you each week with a list of recommended best foods to eat for the best and fastest results

We can’t guarantee anything, but we have clients with many different thyroid issues that find our program works for them.

You don’t have to restrict any foods/food groups for the entire program.

Our program is built for weight loss. Even with toning, there is some weight loss. If you’re not looking to lose any weight at all, our program may not be for you.

Everyone starts with the same plan because it has proven to be effective for all different body types and for many different goals. We are able to offer modifications as needed to the plan for medical and other specific needs.

It can! We have numerous clients that work many different hours, shifts, and schedules. You fit it into your schedule.

Yep! We have numerous clients that do it while traveling for work and on vacation.

Unfortunately, no. We cannot coach you while you’re pregnant, but we do have a postpartum program for once you are cleared to exercise by your doctor afterward.

No. When you sign-up for weekly payments, the system considers each week a weekly payment a subscription in order for it to automatically process your next payment. Every week, your weekly subscription will “renew” until your subscription ends at the time of the 8th payment. The only way you sign up for a new 8-week subscription is to go back through the sign-up process during open enrollment.

You can cancel at any time. To do so, you must notify us in writing by messaging us through the E2M Personal Training Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/E2Mfitness) messenger inbox. You can do so by using the blue “MESSAGE” button at the top of our Facebook page. Upon notifying us, you will be removed immediately from the private group.

If you would like to cancel your membership, please take the following steps:

  1. Send us a message to the E2M Personal Training Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/E2Mfitness) messenger inbox, not through email. You can do so by using the blue “MESSAGE” button at the top of our E2M Personal Training Facebook page.
  2. In your message, note the email and name that is associated with your account on our website.
  3. Upon requesting cancellation, you will be removed immediately from the private Facebook group as we process your cancellation. Give our team up to 24-48 business hours to process the cancellation. It could take longer to process your request if it is made on the weekend.

Due to the digital nature of the training offered by E2M, refunds are not provided for weeks or portions of a week in which the member has had access to program information for that week or an upcoming week’s information through being in the E2M Motivation Facebook group. This includes access to the upcoming week’s Workout + Meal Plans.

No refunds are issued for gift cards.

Refunds are processed Monday-Friday during business hours.

 

Sign in to your account with us on our website.

Choose ‘My Subscription’ on the left-hand side of your screen.  You will see a button in the middle of the page that says “CHANGE PAYMENT.”  Click on the “CHANGE PAYMENT” button. Next click on “CHANGE PAYMENT METHOD” at the bottom of the page.  This will take you to your PayPal account where you can log in and change your credit card information or update your information. Make sure you select “SAVE” at the end of the process to save your new payment information.

If you have a failed/missed payment, you will need to make your payment using your new payment method before you will be able to see the “CHANGE PAYMENT” button.

It’s important to make sure your automatic weekly payments are going through. If you are set up for weekly automatic payments, sometimes PayPal cannot process your payment for one reason or another. Unfortunately, they do not tell us why a payment fails.

If this happens, log into your account dashboard on our website to make your payment. Click on “ORDERS” on your the left side of your account dashboard, then click on the blue “PAY” button for the failed or pulled payment. (If you haven’t created a password for your account yet, use the “forgot my password” option to help prevent you from getting locked out.)

If your payment isn’t made within 24 hours of its weekly renewal, you will be removed from the Facebook group until your payment is made. Once you make your payment, request to rejoin the group and send us a message to the E2M Personal Training Facebook page messenger inbox (https://www.facebook.com/E2Mfitness) with your account name and email so we can help you get added back to the group. We cannot get you added back until you follow these steps.

Log in to your account on our website and click on “ORDERS” on your the left side of your account dashboard to check that your payment has been made.
