Jeff Witherspoon

E2M Founder & CEO

Jeff Witherspoon was a natural athlete and loved being active from a young age.

His fitness journey truly began as a young athlete at The Citadel where he was a champion track and field athlete.

Upon graduation, he began a successful career in the Army, first serving as a Field Artillery Officer and later retiring as a logistics officer after 21 years of service. While serving multiple tours in Iraq, fitness became his way to cope with the stressors of combat. He enjoyed the way it not only made his body look but how it made him feel.  After seeing how well fitness allowed him to be able to handle high levels of stress in the military, he began encouraging other soldiers to work out to help with PTSD, day-to-day stressors, as well as, their overall health and fitness.

Seeing firsthand how being able to help others through health, fitness, and wellness sparked his desire to become a personal trainer to provide accurate and factual advice to anyone wanting to improve their fitness level.

Nicole Hodges
YOGA + Pilates

“Every moment of every day is an opportunity to start fresh.”

Nicole took her first yoga class as an elective college course nearly 20 years ago and recognized how the practice helped to quiet her mind.  Later, she stumbled upon her first hot power yoga class while looking for “good workout” and fell in love with the hidden mental health benefits of a sweaty and powerful yoga flow.

After recognizing the major impact yoga had on easing her anxiety, she felt called to share the healing power of the practice with the world.  She immersed herself in power yoga teacher training in Costa Rica, led by Amazing Yoga, and later obtained certifications in yin yoga, restorative yoga, and mobility sequencing. Each virtual E2M yoga, stretching, or mobility session is sculpted to release tension in the areas of the body worked during our circuits.  Nicole also teaches hot power yoga to local studios, teaches yoga internationally at resorts, and works full time in clinical research. Most recently, Nicole was asked if she was interested in teaching Pilates for E2M.  She tried out local & online classes and fell in love with the slow burn Pilates provided through low impact movements.  After noticing her back pain diminishing and core strength improving, Nicole dove headfirst into a Pilates certification course and passed her exam early in 2022.  She is excited to add her own unique style to classical mat Pilates. “Planning is bringing the future into the present so that you can do something about it now” – Alan Lakein

Adrienne started her career in event planning over a decade ago after graduating from college and working as a photo shoot producer. She produced for brands all over the world for a fashion based public relations firm in Miami.

She continued her career as a producer with a Pennsylvania based clothing company, planning dozens of shoots per year for multiple clothing brands. Taking those years of experience in the fashion industry and shifting to E2M has allowed her love of health, fitness and planning to combine! Being an athlete and always active has been a part of her life from a young age. Spending everyday in the gymnastics gym, ending as a state champion, later transitioned into spending days as a springboard diver and a D1 athlete. She believes the structure from those training years has lent to her appreciation for planning. It has proven that dedication, with an informed plan, yields great results. “Planning and being prepared has saved me many, many hours of wasted effort, both in my professional and personal life” she says.
