What is E2M?

The workouts are designed to work for and challenge all fitness levels—even those limited with exercise—and can be done at home or in the gym whenever convenient for you with a set of dumbbells. The meal plan is supplement-free and consists of whole food options for you to choose from to create each of your meals. We have weekly live cooking classes from two chefs to help you with meal ideas for the week. (We have plans for vegetarians, vegans, and postpartum moms.)

How much is the program?

All of this is available for 8 payments of $40. You can pay weekly or one time upfront. Spouses (not other family members or friends) are BOGO! This means that only one of you needs to sign-up and pay. After you make 8 payments or the one-time upfront payment, you’ll have the ability to participate in subsequent rounds of the 8-week transformation program at no additional cost.

When can I sign up?

You can only sign up for one of our 8-week rounds when we have an open enrollment period. Open enrollment opens just before the beginning of each 8-week round. We have 6 open enrollment periods each year. The live countdown on our website will tell you when our next enrollment starts. We only offer enrollment during these times because we’ve found that you have more success when you start with a group and work through the 8-weeks together. You can sign-up for an email reminder when open enrollment starts on our homepage.

Is this something I can do long-term?

Our goal is to help you get to your goals in a fast but healthy manner. We help you develop healthier habits that will allow you to establish a sustainable healthy lifestyle for the long term during this process.
