Due to the digital nature of the training offered by E2M, refunds are not provided for weeks or portions of a week in which the member has had access to program information for that week or an upcoming week’s information through the E2M Motivation Facebook group. Weeks are paid for in advance.

If you would like to cancel your membership, please take the following steps:

  1. Send us a message to the E2M Personal Training Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/E2Mfitness) messenger inbox, not through email. You can do so by using the blue send message button at the top of our E2M Personal TrainingFacebook page.
  2. In your message, note the email and name that are associated with your account.
  3. Upon requesting cancellation, you will be removed immediately from the private Facebook group as we process your cancellation. Give our team 24-72 business hours to process the cancellation. It could take longer to process your request if it is made on the weekend.

If you feel that you were inappropriately charged for a service, please take the following step:

  1. Send us a message to the E2M Personal Training Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/E2Mfitness) messenger inbox. You can do so by using the blue send message button at the top of our Facebook page. If you are requesting a refund, it can take up to 72 hours to process. No refunds are issued for gift cards.

Refunds are processed Monday-Friday during business hours.
