We recommend completing our workouts at least 3 days per week. You can find the workout section in the menu of your E2M account as well as under the My Week section when you gain access to the E2M dashboard.

We like to keep it simple! We have a few options for you ranging from meals being delivered to your door all the way to virtual cooking classes and an ingredient list. While the E2M team is completing your registration, get a head start on nutrition below.

Mindset

E2M is home to 5 expertly trained and certified mental fitness coaches. They’ll guide you with mindset advice as you walk along your wellness path. Links to their live videos can be found in your E2M Dashboard.
