E2M Fitness Champions Wellness at Black Health Matters!
E2M Fitness joined the Black Health Matters Summit in Charlotte, NC, this past weekend! Held at Friendship Baptist Church, this fantastic event brought together over a thousand people to address health issues in the Black community and inspire positive change. Our CEO, Jeff Witherspoon, and Chef Andres from E2M Kitchen were there to share E2M’s passion for holistic health through fitness, nutrition, and education.
E2M Kitchen: Healthy Food That Wows
The E2M Kitchen booth was a huge hit! Attendees loved Chef Andres’ healthy and delicious samples (he served over 400!). Linette Roach from Black Health Matters raved about the food, saying, “The E2M Kitchen booth was a big hit! There was a line to sample the food items, and I was able to taste what was being offered by the chef – delicious.”
Jeff Witherspoon Takes the Stage (and the Airwaves!)
Jeff joined a panel discussion about the impact of nutrition on health. He covered critical topics like the connection between food and cancer, the truth about sugar, and how to eat healthy on a budget. He also did a live radio interview with 105.3, spreading the word about E2M’s unique approach to wellness!
